Our RoadMap

       Our Development Roadmap will be tracked here in stages. As most of the company is still working other full-time jobs and spending any free time they have to work hard on the game. We will be tracking our progress of our labor of love in stages. The team knows how hard it is to keep a set schedule and we won't set hard dates on things at this time. We work on the motto that we love our game, we love to play it and we really want to enjoy it with our community. So as we work hard in making Grimrealm we want to make sure that when it is time, we offer that experience as bug-free as possible. So please join us on this journey and visit us here often.

Current Phase: Pre Alpha

This is what we will be working on in each phase.

Gaming is who we are. Evolving the gaming experience is what we do.

We hope that during each stage you under stand that we may need to change them depending on various decisions along the way. 

We plan on never losing focus on our community and our players will need us to keep listening to squash the bugs. So bug fixing and performance will always be a primary focus for us at Mythicanity Studios LLC.

Stage 1 - Pre Alpha

  • Company Development

    • Building Mythicanity Studios LLC from the dedicated planning, ideas, and initiatives to grow the company from a solid foundation.

    • Develop strategic initiatives, business relationships, and marketing strategies to set key business development goals. 

  • Concept Characters

    • Bringing to life our Champions from Concept Art and their rich biographies.

    • Getting to explore where the Champions are from and what god they may serve.

  • Initial Crowdfunding

    • For a limited time, we will be offering a Kickstarter to help offset some of the costs. 

    • We provide a few different ways to help support the team. You can Donate, buy a $3 subscription or even buy a hoodie. We appreciate and thank you for your continued support.

  • Build Core Game

    • For the last few years, the core development team has been designing the tools and necessary systems in the game. The intent is to have as much functionally ready before each stage. 

  • Level Design

    • Our goal is to create interactive maps containing events within the level environment to challenge the player.

Stage 2 - Steam - Alpha

  • Balance Updates

    • Champion balance will be the focus as we know having 5 different classes coupled with each Champion being able to choose different God Powers will have its complexities. Listening to our players will help us keep the balance enjoyable.

  • First 5 Champions

    • As we work on our systems and add in the champions, our focus will be getting their skills and god powers in your hand for feedback.

  • Combat System

    • Focused on feedback from our players, we know that having a smooth and enjoyable PvP combat system is a must-have. We plan on maintaining our focus on that and making the necessary changes to our combat system.

  • Skills & God Powers

    • We will be building in more skills and god powers for more gameplay styles for all the Champions.

  • Game Enhancements

    • Working to improve our overall game experience by adding other features and enhancements as we get feedback from our players.

Stage 3 - Steam - Beta

  • Additional Champions

    • Adding in the additional planned Champions from our long list of proposed Champions. We will keep you up to date as this stage gets closer.

  • Leadership Boards

    • Improvements to the in-game ranking, matchmaking, and other related rank systems.​

  • Server Architecture 

    • The integration of server-side technology for matchmaking, leadership boards, and a better gameplay experience.

  • Additional Campaigns

    • Adding in more maps and more campaigns as we bring in more champions. 

  • Gameplay Improvements

    • Analyzing our game and pinpointing areas that we need to focus on and improve the overall gaming experience.

Stage 4 - Production Version 1.0

  • Game Polish

    • As we move forward with our final production version we will be working off of your feedback and polishing the production version of the game.​

  • Community Involvement

    • We plan to stay involved throughout the various stages of the game development with our community. As we start to polish the final version of the game, getting our communities feedback is key to providing the best experience possible.

  • New Skins & Profiles 

    • This is the part of the plan where we start to add more skins, banners, profile pictures, and cards.  ​

  • Hero Pact Enhancements

    • Adding in content for the Hero Pact and setting up the match-making systems with it. Giving the player the ability to play with other Hero Pact members and getting priority servers.

  • Additional Content

    •  ​While future patches will primarily focus on client sustainability and bug fixing, with balance updates coming as needed. We would also like to introduce more content as this improves.
